DFB Cup: BVB want to beat Karlsruhe to reach last 16: "We are hungry for a lift!"
[21.09.] For some it´s the worst start to a season for 21 years. In the 1989/1990 campaign Borussia Dortmund only had three points at this stage - and met Karlsruher SC in the DFB Cup. The 1-0 victory over KSC was one of many milestones on their way to the title in this competition. So this year´s match-up could also be the launching pad for bigger things - if BVB beat KSC on Tuesday.

[21.09.] Borussia Dortmund will not only be without Sebastian Kehl when they face Karlsruher SC on Tuesday night in the DFB Cup, they also have to do without Sven Bender (virus infection) and Dede (thigh injury). Mats Hummels and Felipe Santana are rated doubtful as well. That´s why coach Jürgen Klopp will take 20 players to Germany´s southwestern region of Baden and only announce his line-up on Tuesday.

And that´s why the Hungarian travels to Frankfurt "with a good feeling".
